Who We Are
Solstice is a new generation explorer listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) under the code SLS. The Company is actively exploring for gold, base and battery metals in the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia. Solstice's landholding contains an established 177,000 ounce Mineral Resources at the Hobbes Gold Project, multiple gold occurrences and also covers advanced nickel-sulphide prospects at the Ringlock Project.
Solstice’s Board and management, led by Matthew Yates as Chairman, has been responsible for the exploration and development of several large and diverse mining and exploration projects, covering every facet of exploration and mining from grass roots to development and operation.
Solstice has assembled an extensive tenement holding (licences and applications) covering approximately 2,500km2 over three project areas: Yarri, Kalgoorlie and Ponton. The tenement holding has been largely under-explored, with modern exploration previously restricted by disjointed tenement ownership and limited funding. Solstice’s ownership consolidation provides an opportunity to apply cutting-edge targeting methodologies using a belt-scale approach.
The Company is well funded with no debt and is looking to develop and expand its footprint in the Eastern Goldfields.
